Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a large bowl combine cake mix, 1 egg, and a 12 oz. beer or any carbonated beverage.
3. Mix or beat well. For 12 large cupcakes, pour batter into a greased muffin pan (or use cupcake liners) and bake 20-24 minutes.
4. For a 9x13 pan, pour batter into the greased pan and bake 28-32 minutes.
5. Cool, frost if desired and enjoy!
